Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, La Petite Kasbah is a traditional Moroccan riad in the town of Zagora. It offers air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom.
The Kasbah serves homemade dishes featuring fresh vegetables from the souk and or local market.
Zagora is located in Morocco’s Draa Valley, and an ideal base for exploring sand dunes. La Petite Kasbah can arrange camel and 4x4 excursions in the desert.

The renovation of the owners family home is incredibly detailed and respectful of the local traditions and heritage. It was truly a beautiful place to stay. Yasin was so calm and welcoming, sitting down with us to pour us tea once we had settled in. A short 5 minute drive from the main town, this was an idyllic stay after a long drive from Marrakesh. The team catered to our request for a last minute dinner which was a delicious soup starter followed by tagine. Affordable and well considered. Would recommend, especially the upstairs rooms!

Everything, it was perfect. The owner gave us an unexpected ride to the bus stop, it was very helpful. He also helped us contacting our guides for the desert trip. The staff is very attentive. The peanut butter during the breakfast is sublime.

Thanks for this top service and for your incredible hospitality! Here you get a very nice stay at an idyllic place with very nice hosts! I enjoyed a delicious, local dinner (ask for it before, it´s always made fresh when needed) and a fantastic breakfast. Thank you as well for all your tips and explantations for the Erg Chegaga trip- everything went fine! ;-)

Brahim and his staff are very friendly and helpful! The dinner was very good and they adapted the meal for a vegetarian diet specially for us. I do recommend to stay at la petite Kasbah !

We absolutely loved our stay in La Petite Kasbah. It was one of the best experiences during our trip to Marocco. Everything was just perfect, starting from the welcome tea, finishing at the smell of the soap in the bathroom 😊 Not to mention the staff, hospitable and friendly, who took really good care of us. If we ever visit this Zagora again, we'll surely come back to La Petite Kasbah.

Everything. The staff were incredible and welcoming, the room was very spacious, and the location is right outside the busier parts of town so you could even walk to shops and cafes without hearing the city noise in the kasbah itself. Their recommendations for food in town were also immaculate. Overall one of my best stays in Morocco, hands down (and that is a difficult league to beat!).

Perfect location if you have your own car. Easy to locate and safe to park. Nice walks in the palm tree gardens and old center of Amezrou around the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. The food is outstanding. Good WiFi and sat TV. We stayed two more nights making this our base camp for excursions... it was too lovely to leave. Extremely relaxing paradise.
