The best service I can remember from any hotel I've ever stayed out. Warm, welcoming, instantly offered to take my bags from the car to the room, explained everything Nd introduced the room and where stuff was and what is included. Accomodating to my family and my baby's needs. Also allowed me to bring a cake for her and also work with making baby friendly food without charging me a ridiculous amount of money, dining area comfortable, they even offered and then helped me to set up the balloons and decorations for dinner for my daughter. When I asked for local recommendated activities, they had a massive pack with all kinds of leaflets, personal folders with routes, etc. Joined in the conversation and really did attend to us personally. Felt like we were the only guests (even though the restaurant and hotel were fully booked!).Breakfast was extremely accomodating and was of great quality. And allowed for a lot of customisation as well. And was unbelievably, included in the stays price! It's also a nice touch that the bottled water was unlimited for our room too. It felt like home.The pub, hallways, rooms, are also emaculately clean. It is impressive! Dinner was very tasty too and the staff understood everything and answered all of our questions and were flexible. It was very affordable for the quality too. I recommend the pork and also the St emillion wine that was offered. Their bread is fresh and delicious too.I could probably add more good things but I think you get the idea. I'd happily stay here again if I was in the area again.
