On arrival was surprised and excited to have been upgraded to the tobermory suite, the staff member who checked us in was as excited as us lovely woman and very enthusiastic, you could tell her heart was in the job and loved the hotel, All staff where amazings and couldn't do enough for us, the view from the room blew us away, the breakfast is beautiful as all the meals in the hotel, room very clean and spacious, can not wait to return this is not the first time staying in this hotel and certainly will not be the last.

Friendly staff, excellent vegan options at breakfast, size of room, great communal areas for kids. Top playlists in conservatory. Chap working breakfast this morning was really nice.

Beautiful traditional hotel but well maintained in terms of repair and cleanliness. The location is superb with views across the bay and out to the Sound of Mull. Dining room within the rear conservatory also offers beautiful views over Tobermory.

Amazing views of the sea from our hotel room, very spacious and clean room, nice breakfast. The hotel has lots of history and very well preserved. The stuff is friendly and helpful.

A very comfortable stay. Excellent staff, fine food and a well-stocked bar. There is a lovely atmosphere and fantastic views from the conservatory restaurant. We particularly liked the smaller bar with its stylish decor.
