Beautiful room, stunning views and safe and central location. All staff, front desk and cleaners, were lovely, very friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to: Angela, who took the time to compile a list of places to visit in her native Sicily; Catalina who recommended some places to visit in her native Chile; Seul for all the help searching for our lost ring. And thanks to all for always greeting everybody with a smile. Simo and Jen :)

We stayed in the Luxury Suite - The location was perfect for us, everything was either a quick walk or 2 minute drive away. The airport was the longest we had to travel anywhere by car. the staff are super helpful and friendly, they have options for you to have groceries ready in the room for you and you can choose your own type of pillow. The place also had proper amenities in the kitchen that weren't just your usual quick and cheap hotel stuff. They restock for you and even have a third party laundry system. Me and my partner also enjoyed the gym as its not fancy but it has all the right stuff. The apartment itself was so comfortable and had scene setting lighting which we loved. My partner appreciated the design touches all throughout this place, and he never usually likes staying in hotels.

Great location, comfortable room in a simple but stylish Scandinavian decor, great big and comfortable bed and nice view out across the city from the balcony. The team at reception were welcoming and efficient and brought champagne glasses to the room which had standard wine glasses.

Staff were a pleasure (both the main reception and the cleaning staff we encountered) - wonderful and always happy and friendly. Fantastic clean rooms, lovely fresh linen and a pillow menu! Good facilities and lots of nice little touches - real washing powder, lollies at reception, Espresso pods, slippers etc. Good location with lots of restaurants in Surry Hills and Haymarket and public transport within walking distance. Would love to try the other apartments and suites. Maybe next time!!!

Property was great, very clean and tidy, bed was extremely comfy. Pretty cool that you control the room from an iPad or the panels on the wall. Good option to have either black out blinds or still have privacy and let light in. Has a great gym which has most things for a good work out. Quick walk to anywhere. Only used a taxi twice and that was just because I was tired! Would highly recommend.
