Good location , close to train station , staff very friendly and helpful , room was clean and tidy , bed was very comfortable, breakfast was great.

Staff were amazing, clean comfortable rooms, although a bit small, was still more than enough room for a 3 night stay, and had plenty of storage so all your bags could go away (and we had 4 bag) and plenty of room to store and unpack what we needed . Room was very quiet, location was great, close to lots of shops, tourism spots, railway. Ate at the restaurant for breakfast each morning, some mornings were better than others, not having bacon was not good on one morning! Had dinner at the restaurant which was beautiful and very reasonably priced.

Excellent budget hotel, really clean, buffet breakfast was great, there was even chocolate eggs and hor cross buns as it was easter. The bathroom had a hair dryer and straightener.

The location is very convenient with Museum station only minutes away and also central station and the city centre in walking distance. Bus connections to circular quay are great and to the beaches too. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. Good value for money with good buffet breakfast included in the price. Love that profits from the hotel are reinvested to support vulnerable women and children

The hotel & room were well maintained & very clean, but best of all were the staff; reception, housekeeping, breakfast & restaurant staff were without exception friendly & hardworking & all appeared to enjoy working there. The restaurant was a bonus, we ate dinner there twice, both times food & service were great & good value. We also liked that this hotel has a social conscience.
