Very dated, really in need of a lift in the paintwork and general condition of the rooms. The carpets were showing signs of wear and tear. The lifts were in a damaged condition. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room but NO teaspoon or any cutlery. Outside windows were filthy. Sorry but I won’t be coming back in a hurry.

Location close to Central station, Chinatown and light rail. Plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from.

Helpful and friendly reception staff, nice clean room. The signs of water damage showed with the door to the bathroom damaged at the bottom, and wet carpet at the end of the hallway.

Proximity to central station. Bed was really comfy. Balcony to let in fresh air. Balcony doors once shut cut out the street noise really well. We had all the things we needed - hairdryer, iron, ironing board, good size tv, desk to sit at. 24 hr reception allowed us to store our luggage before checkin and after checkout.
