Everything!! Customer service was exceptional from the valet parking staff, to front desk, to room service and finally the Aster bar staff. They were all fabulous. The facilities are exceptional, we used the Lounge area to wait until our room became available. We didn't use the gym or pool however visited both and were impressed with the variety and quality of equipment and warm clean water and views from the pool!! Next time I bring my swimmers and goggles!! Our room was superb! Harbour view King room number 2504 was stunning. We arrived and opened the door to a completely dark room. Within. Seconds the lights came on and blinds opened automatically to the most spectacular views of the harbour and botanical gardens! The rooms are superb clean and spacious with quality bed, pillows and linen. The towels and robes were perfect. Room service was delicious. We booked a table at the Aster rooftop bar after our event at the State Theatre. The cocktails were delicious and the staff were so lovely. The view was incredible! It is such a great spot, easily accessible to local attractions. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend to anyone wanting quality accommodation in Sydney.

Location great in 5 minutes you are at the Opera House, Ferries or Botanic Garden. Great breakfast. Very clean and fantastic rooftop bar and the swimming pool.

Beautiful Heritage Building Beautiful renovated rooms with excellent mini bar. Great Location very close to Circular Quay - Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House Can walk to Ferry, Bus, Train, Tram and parks. Would definitely stay again. The staff were wonderful.

It is the best hotel breakfast I know. Rather expensive and perhaps produces a lot of waste. Staff are exceptional under pressure.

The breakfast package was great. Beautifully set. They buffet had everything you could want for breakfast and family friendly. The staff were very friendly and it’s walking distance from the bridge and Oprah house.

The location and team are fantastic, aspecially the Concierge was wonderful, they maid our stay to the top. Arranged Opera House concert, Harbour Bridge Climbing, best restaurant reservations, all was handled so easily and professionally.
