If guests are travelling via a taxi or navigating to the property please go to Premier Lane as it will avoid carrying heavy luggage up a steep staircase. There is no elevator from the William Street entrance to the reception. Access code at the front door is your booking number without dots.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
