1) the hotel is in an excellent location for getting about sydney via the tram (also there are lots of restaurants nearby). 2) the hotel itself is very quiet. The room was big and spacious, with a lovely balcony. 3) Staff were super helpful and friendly

I had the king loft room for a week, and slept the best I ever had in any hotel. Was so quiet. Staff were excellent. Plenty of places to eat and supermarket nearby. Handy to public transport.

My room was so quiet I would describe it as ‘silent’. Daily housekeeping was fastidious. I am impressed wth this property and will stay here again.

Charming family hotel close to the UNSW campus and within quick commute to the CBD. Clean and comfortable rooms, very helpful staff, laundry available for very small money. And the building itself is very cozy and pretty.
