I think this is the first time I give a 10 and the maximum rate to each question. The property is awesome, very elegant and modern, it has everything you need and it is spotlessly clean. I'm very picky but I felt very comfortable and Dimitris fulfilled any possible requests, plus he is a very kind and caring person. He offered us an upgrade but we were very happy and comfortable with what we booked, the hydromassage is clean and warm. He gave us a whole blister of water and additional bottles, Illy coffee, (the One I use at home), fresh herbs for the tea, the soap and bathroom products were absolutely amazing, good quality and and fragrance. The beach is super close and there are sunbeds that we could use all the time, stand up puddles and towels for the beach changed often. He helped us booking the car and the boat trip. I already recommended it to my family and friends and absolutely enjoy going there again!

Brilliantly designed suite close to a wonderful beach in the delightful little fishing port of Steni Vala. Dimitris, the host, could not have been more helpful. A wonderfully quiet place to relax away from the rat race but with good restaurants and cafés, and a perfectly adequate shop on your doorstep. The hot tub was also great - some rooms have hammams which some might appreciate.

Absolutely everything. The suite was amazing, fabulous architecture, amazing location, beautiful view. The hot tub in the balcony, the steam room, the sliding windows back and front, so much fresh air, the plants at the back with lighting. The materials the room was built with and the lighting was superb.

Lovely apartment very modern all new with jacuzzi hot tub, coffee machine, wine and water in fridge on arrival. Beach towels provided and also free use of sun beds and umbrella on beach. Dimitri the owner was an excellent host arranged our taxi to and from the location nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this place if you need a few days to chill out doing nothing, there is a small harbour with 5 restaurants and a supermarket, the bus calls into the harbour twice a day if you have not hired a car or the taxi is €25 to the port of Alonissos. We enjoyed 4 lazy days here which was perfect and will be back 👍

Great location, beautiful suites, very relaxing. Dimitris is great as a manager, very helpful in making our holidays a relaxing experience without in any way intruding and at the same time anticipating our needs. Good access to semi-private pebble beach with shower and stand-up paddling options included. Lovely surroundings to take a walk in, and the villa itself is surrounded by olive groves and herbs - some of which are included in the homemade tea mixes offered in the room - a relaxing local touch.
