Please inform Orchard Point Serviced Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of SGD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The payable total price may be increased by 1% due to the GST increase in 2024. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the serviced residence. Please note that property may contact the cardholder for verification purposes. There are ongoing renovation works to the shopping mall below the property, which are not within our control. We seek your understanding and patience to expect some noise during government-permitted hours of work on weekdays and possibly half day on Saturdays. We apologise for the inconvenience.
