Very friendly and efficient personnel The complex offers everything one needs, but it dien't feel extremely full as the swimming pools are dispersed across the hotel. Food was also good

First, I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Ehab for doing his best to fulfill our requests upon our arrival and for resolving everything we needed so quickly.Room: We were upgraded to a recently renovated 2 bedroom suite, which was much more spacious, and with v good working lfacilities.Hotel facilities: Overall, the resort and hotel services have improved compared to our last visit. Well done!"Food: Most of the concerns we had during our last stay have been resolved, except for the appetizers, which still seem more catered to Russian tastes — but it was no big deal. The main highlights in terms of variety and taste were the fruits, desserts, yogurt, chicken, and meatRestaurant: The hotel was quite full during our stay, but the restaurant staff — including the waiters and those responsible for clearing plates, resetting tables, and adding cutlery — did their best to accommodate the large number of guests.Longer walks: This resort is perfect if you enjoy taking longer walks. They also offer a shuttle bus service if needed.
