Staff were lovely and took all hotel guests into consideration when it came to noise. Food for both breakfast and dinner was superb and the bar is lovely. Rooms are clean and cosy, even came back to our room made up whilst we were out hiking.

I stayed in a pod which was warm, comfortable and well equipped. The space is very cleverly designed and having a fridge was an excellent bonus!

Phil , Giles and Ruth thankyou because you are the backbone of the kellbank and yes all the staff are brilliant ...Food as always exceptional with excellent portions ... Very clean rooms and an great night's sleep ..always 10 outta 10... that's probably why this was our 11th and 12th night's of stopping with you in 2024... we will see you in 2025

Comfortable rooms, very warm. All our meals were lovely and we never waited too long with how busy hotel was.Games room a godsend as weather was shocking.Location good for reaching other places but we didn’t see any other options for eating out if you fancied a change. Lots of decent menu choice so no problem for us.

The staff were very friendly and provided a good service on a very busy night. Our stay was upgraded to a camping pod, which was great and very warm. My only negative was that the bed was a little small and soft, which, of course, is a personal preference. However the underfloor heating was excellent, as was the shower, and it was very clean. The food in the bar and the breakfast were very good and Gosforth is a lovely village with easy access to Wastwater.
