From the minute we arrived, I was very impressed by this accommodation. The location was fantastic, onsite parking is always a bonus and the lady who greeted us at front desk and got us checked in was so welcoming. Our room was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and the bed was very comfortable. The free coffee/tea/water/soda etc is also a wonderful service. We absolutely loved our stay here and could not recommend Rio Vista Suites & Inn more!

Everything was very modern but in a lovely period house. Lily was lovely at check-in and even upgraded our room for us. We would definitely recommend!!

Stunning room in a beautiful building in walking distance of the boardwalk. Great recommendation for a date night meal to celebrate our 28th Wedding Anniversary.

Excellent staff, gave us a lovely room upgrade. Lovely room and facilities. Good location. Close to boardwalk and a short walk into the centre. I would stay here again and recommend.

Absolutely LOVED staying here. The property is beautiful and walking distance from the boardwalk and the beach. Staff were also really friendly.

It is in the middle of beach and downtown; room 5 is big and nice. There is free coffee, GOOD cooffe, and tea and even a can of soda is chilled. Ice for these hot day;s wonderful. There was an airco machine but it was not strong enough fr the awful heat. Still; many winfdows could be opened and after 6 the temperature dropped. We loved staying here; choose this one!

Beautiful, original and clean place. The location is excellent. The room is really nice. Friendly staff. Lovely morning coffee. The parking lot is great. Definitely recommend this place, don't think twice.

The room was just the right size and it was clean, comfortable, and cozy. There was a balcony with a table and chairs and a view of the ocean. Gorgeous!
