The location and the ocean view. Large room for the family of five. Clean room, nicely furnished. Happy kids playing in the pool.

It was clean, it is an older building, but very well-maintained. We have had a double, big shower, what we loved. The stuff was superhelpful. The nearness of the ocean. The hundreds of sealions coming to the pier to spend the night just right in front of the hotel.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable. And the location of the property was excellent They also had a free laundry facility which was a surprise. And a firepit!

Location was spot on for the iconic Boardwalk and pier. We only stayed one night, so didn't use the pool. The deckchairs on the balcony for the seaview we had was lovely.

Great location, right in front of the beach. Room was comfortable and clean. Even though we couldn’t check in when we arrived, they gave us a key to use the pool and sent us a message to let us know our room was ready. Nice pool.

Great location right on the beach front. Friendly staff and lots of nice touches - free coffee/tea, popcorn and ice cones. Room was big with comfortable beds. The place just felt a little dated. The bathrooms looked like they had been updated but the rooms had not been.

It was excellent from start to finish. Amazing location, staff so friendly, free snow cones and popcorn, clean, brilliant pool and hot tub and excellent facilities.
