Ryokan Hotel Pony Onsen  

Featuring indoor and outdoor hot spring baths, a sauna and a restaurant, Hotel Pony Onsen offers Japanese-style and Western rooms with free WiFi. Massages can be arranged, and facilities include a launderette, drinks vending machines and free parking.

Japanese-style rooms have a tatami (woven-straw) floor, a low table with seating cushions and traditional futon bedding, while Western rooms offer beds, free wired internet and an en suite bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned and come with an LCD TV, a fridge and an attached toilet. Yukata robes are provided.

At Pony Onsen Hotel guests can enjoy soothing public hot spring baths in the open air or indoors. Baths and saunas are separate per gender. An iPad can be used at the lobby free of charge.

Restaurant Sakura-tei specialises in yakiniku grilled meat dishes.

Hotel Pony Onsen is a 10-minute drive from Towada Art Center and a 20-minute drive from Shichihohe-Towada Station. Lake Towada can be visitsed a 50-minute drive away.
