Very nice, simple accommodation in Puerto Natales. Rooms are clean and relatively new. Size is similar to budget hotels in Europe (e.g. Premiere Class), breakfast is simple but there is all you need. Staff is very nice. I would stay here again with no hesitation.

Nice, spacious room, close by the busstation and possible to leave luggage behind if you’re going to Torres del Pained

Clean, nice place to stay before and after W trek. They accommodate the breakfast to the time you need even if it is very early (6AM) and let you store your luggage while you are on the trek free of charge.

Very friendly hosts 😊 We could check in at 10pm and they also arranged early breakfast for us at 6:00 am. It was also a good breakfast. The location is great for further traveling as it is very close to the busstation. They also allowed us to leave our luggage there while we went for the Torres trek. We were sad that we couldn't stay there after our trek as it was fully booked.

Perfect accommodation in between hikes. Friendly staff and very comfortable rooms. The breakfast is good and you're not far from the bus terminal.
