The property is clean and well-maintained. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and air-con works well. The breakfast menu is wide enough, quality is quite standard. The egg station can be improved to provide omelette with onions, tomato, cheese, etc.

The service from the staff at the moment of arrival and until we departed was great. We didn’t have to queue up at the Batam ferry terminal to and fro. Everything was done for us

Staff were friendly and place is clean. Services limited but the live music & magic show were entertaining. Good services, provided shuttle bus to ferry terminal and an enjoyable stay experience.
