The hotel, staff and location were great. If you get a river view hotel you will feel the NYC vibe immediately.

Location is good for Central Park activities. Staff were very nice and helpful. Bathroom was a decent size and clean, equipped with amenities. Bed was comfortable. Tea/coffee available in the lobby.

The location is excellent for access to Upper West Side and Midtown New York, including Central Park. There are good shops nearby. The communal area for making hot drinks, warming bought in snacks, etc. is clean and comfortable. THe wi-fi / internet connectivity is FoC and good. The room that we had booked was not available, BUT the manager offered us a cash rebate when we checked in - THAT is good customer relations! The room that we are assigned was neat, small, with good storage and comfortable bed, excellent shower room.

Very nice hotel, recently renovated, friendly staff, AMAZING view, great location (I loved the Upper East Side), very nice park in front of the hotel, free drinking water downstairs, comfortable beds.

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was in a fantastic location and our room and amenities were spot clean. Modern interior, tea & coffee available all day and super super super friendly and professional staff. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side which compromises comfort a little at times when there are multiple people moving in the room but that is not uncommon in NY. Something to be aware of but not a criticism at all. Thank you

6 minute walk to the nearest subway and 15 minute walk to Central Park! Small but clean rooms and very comfortable. Check out was at 12/1pm which was really useful. Staff were lovely!

A very good small hotel in a very expensive city. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and took time to help us plan our onward travel. It was a good example of a hotel in the lower price range.
