Location is great, but the hotel is very industrial. The lobby was very uncomfortable and there was nowhere else to sit. Nowhere to get a coffee other than out of a shop at 11am. The room was very comfortable, but the bathroom very small, with the toilet jammed between the shower and sink. It would have been nice to have a hand-held shower head as well.

Fantastic place. Sad to see a 1500 bed hotel with giant rooms to be torn down soon to make space for a newer building. Compared to other hotels in NYC, this was exceptional

We loved this as a family of three. The check in was excellent, the bonus of the breakfast everyday, along with the shop downstairs was fantastic. As a Peleton Lover having it on the TV and in the Gym was a very surprising bonus that I LOVED. The location is top tier. We will be staying here again and again when we visit NYC.

The location was fantastic, having Grand Central Station close and short walk to most other places of interest. The room was clean and comfortable, but the water wasn't hot enough for showers, The hotel lobby had a small shop for snacks and drinks, which was great.
