Modelled after a cruise ship, Pacific Palace Hotel features an indoor pool and hot tub. A fitness centre and spa are also offered. The hotel also has karaoke rooms and a night club.
Pacific Palace Hotel is a 5-minute drive from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal and Nagoya shopping area. Hang Nadim International Airport is a 35-minute drive away.

staffs are helpful, room meet the expectations and cleanliness is acceptable as the hotel is been for quite something, however my family loves it. First time for them seeing a ship on a land, location near our ferry terminal

This hotel is surprisingly amazing in all departments of hotel portfolios. It is the only 5 star hotel with 3 star hotel rate, in my opinion. I love this hotel like nobody business. It has everything a hotel should have and was managed well with privacy and decorum. The men executive lounge was amazing and professionally managed. The restaurants are world-class and the staff efficient and customer orientated. I love this hotel and I am going to make my intention viral.

Funny shape of the hotel, looking like a cruise ship. Venerable and old. Classy interior and big room. Big pool, alright gym. Relaxed feeling.

I book 2 rooms for my family. All good. Clean & comfortable. The location is near to harbour bay. Near to mall. Staff friendly & helpfull.

From the moment I reached Pasific Hotel the staff welcomed me with ondeh-ondeh kuih and a complimentary drink. The best thing was its efficient check-in/check-out process, which left me thoroughly impressed. No doubt, I got a total of 5-star experience at here, The luxurious accommodations, cruise surroundings, and attentive staff make it a perfect place for relaxation. Overall, I had a great experience from all the staff here very friendly, was accommodating, and the amenities were great. I booked a spacious suite, which was beautiful, and clean The staff was amiable and consistently made sure I was comfortable. I will come back again this hotel.
