You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property adheres to strict physical distancing measures. Please note that there is a 1.5% surcharge when you pay with a Visa or MasterCard credit card, and a 1.8% surcharge when you pay with AMEX.
Full payment will be taken the morning of check in, using the credit card that is provided with your booking.
Reception Hours: 8AM - 6PM Monday to Friday, 8AM - 5PM Saturday and 8AM - 4PM Sunday. Drivers Licence for all guest must be presented upon check-in.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 7 days prior to check in, will incur no charge. If cancelling within the 7 day period you will be charged the full amount using the credit card that has been supplied with your original booking. You will be sent a Gift Voucher, valid for 3 years for the total amount of this booking. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

Corporate bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the arrival time will incur a cancellation fee equal to the first nights accommodation charge.
