Location was ideal. Complimentary cookie was awesome. Shuttle service and Steve the driver were the best. Steve was an absolute pleasure and extremely hard working.

Size of room, high ceiling. Free coffee 24h. Beds comfy. Quiet rooms on floor 2 where meeting rooms are. Plenty of free parking.

We had a great stay at this hotel and were especially surprised of the great service of Sebastian at the hotel reception. Our room was large and quiet. The breakfast was very good. We highly recommend this hotel!

Staff is exceptionally nice, helpful, smiling. Room is huge although it's showing its age. Breakfast offers delicious fruit. Really clean everywhere. Location very close to Dolphin Mall and International Mall. Excellent wifi if you pay for premium.

Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately I was quite unwell in the morning with food poisoning (nothing eaten at hotel) and they allowed me to check out late at 2pm which was much appreciated. Beds were super comfortable, huge room and TV, small but nice pool area and restaurant/bar area was very nice. A bit costly to get to from airport using taxi as We only stayed 1 night, location was close to 2 big shopping mall. Would stay again.
