Everything was perfekt except location, every day was bus full of people and traffic was heavy, it tooks usually more than 30 minutes. But station is before hotel, there is also supermarket, bancomat and best kebab and pizza ever.

Clean and comfortable room Reasonable breakfast - fresh pastries, ham and cheeses, coffee, orange juice and a small selection of hot food. Bus stop right outside with buses to Venice Pastry/coffee shop across the road

Breakfast was good, as expected from a buffet. The bus stop to Venice is right in front of the hotel, and the friendly receptionist explained everything to us and made it possible to buy tickets at the hotel.

Good value for money, very friendly staff, very nice and delicious breakfast for what we were used to in Italian hotels, loved the location that was only few minutes from bus station to the city (20 min by bus), very well heated room during the winter, we could make a tea in the room, absolutely a good choice to stay in Venice.

Very nice and clean apartment. It has free parking. There is also nice coffe shop across the street and supermarket. Bus station with bus lines to Venice is in front of the hotel, and you can buy tickets on the hotels info desk. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Staff were outstanding, helpful, and friendly. Location was good with bus stop right out front that went into Venice in about 20 minutes. Good size room and comfortable. Comprehensive breakfast. Great price compared to Venice

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is ideal for visiting Venice – having free parking and a bus station with frequent buses to the city just around the corner made everything so convenient. Highly recommend this place for anyone planning a trip to Venice!
