The General Manager left a personal note and a welcome amenity that mentioned we were the guest of the day. That made all the difference. The "onzen"-like indoor pools, and gym were great too. I am a Hilton Diamond member but this stay will make me consider Marriott Bonvoy in the future.

beautiful setting with lovely restaurants to offer. the chef cooked a stunning beef rengdan which is highly recommended. great facilities in the hotel spa with steam room jacuzzi and sauna all at hand. The staff are very attentive and go out there way to make you feel comfortable and to get to know you on a personal level. the reception staff really helped with my partners missplaced luggaged which was lost/ left behind at the airport for our connecting flights. one niggly thing the room was a little cold for our liking but overall would recommend and would stay again. shopping centre opposite the hotel on several floors.

We stay here whenever we come to Medan The staff here especially Eprianda and Agus made us feel so welcome and special we will definitely be back We booked two rooms this time and Jean in Reception was incredibly helpful in making sure the rooms were together Thank you again to these wonderful staff for making our holiday perfect

The attentiveness as well as the politeness of the staff are top notch. I ate at the restaurant, prime and gourmet, food were delicious.

Staff were extremely helpful friendly and polite. Food was excellent did not have one meal that i did not like. Beds were made up every day and rooms cleaned.

Breakfast was okay, the quality of the food was standard nothing too crazy, specially if you are into healthy food, nto much choice or awreness, the water prodided is aqua plstic bottles, een on the rooms they didnt have quality water, just cheat aqua wich is pretty average.
