Riads Overview
Set in the heart of the Medina, this converted family home offers a hammam and a rooftop terrace. It is a 15-minute walk from both the Jamaâ el Fna Square and the Majorelle Gardens.
Views of the interior patio feature in all of the suites at Riad Pachavana. All suites are air-conditioned and combine a Moroccan and contemporary style.
The continental breakfast is provided every morning on the patio or in the comfort of guest rooms. You can also sample Moroccan specialties in the restaurant or on the terrace.
You can also browse the free Wi-Fi and watch satellite TV in the lounge, or organise an excursion at the 24-hour reception. Marrakesh-Menara Airport and Royal-Amelkis Golf Course are a 15-minute drive away.

You approach the Riad through narrow streets and enter through a huge wooden door into a amazing space which contains a small spa pool and lush green plants. Its really welcoming after the drive from the airport. The room we stayed in was Beautifully decorated in traditional Moroccan style, huge walk in shower, private enclosed outdoor space. Breakfast was served between 8-10am on the rooftop with a choice of seating areas both covered and open space. We had a slightly different breakfast each morning the selection was brilliant and plentiful. Staff where really accommodating, couldn't do enough to ensure you were happy.

The Riad was in the centre, close to everything. It was clean. The rooms were also clean daily. Breakfast was lovely with freshly pressed orange juice. The staff were exceptional, going over and beyond to make you happy and comfortable.

What a wonderful calm tranquil Riad in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. It was everything we wanted and more! Beautiful breakfasts, lovely rooms, such a gorgeous setting with little areas to sit and chill. A lovely roof terrace for a bit of sun or you could sit in the cool areas around the pool. Wonderful location as we could walk to the souks, YSL museum & gardens etc. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, thank you for a wonderful stay! ❤️

If you want a western style hotel look elsewhere. If you want to experience the real Marrakech experience this manor is the ticket, conveniently located near the Doukkala gate and the souk. Personnel was really friendly and helpfull.

Beautiful Riad in a fantastic location so peaceful in the midst of Marrakesh. The staff were all fantastic and extremely helpful, they wen’t above and beyond when asked for anything. Our room was spacious and clean with amazing views of the Riad.

lovely quiet Riad, well-placed away from the hectic main square. great to have breakfast served until 10.30. staff really nice and the rooftop terrace perfect for relaxing during the day / evening

Location was good. Not to far in the Madina so no noise from the souks. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was good. The staff was amazing.so friendly and could not do enough for you

staff is fantastic, in particular Yussef and Ramisa; the cleaning ladies are splendid. the Riad is very central, breakfast is very nice. the best part of the Riad is for sure the staff working there.
