The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The room was massive and well positioned and when you stepped outside there was a lovely cafe and then you were into the square .

We arrived ahead of checking in time and they had the rooms ready which gave us more time to explore the town without our luggage. The check-in staff were super friendly and explained everything clearly. We had an en-suite room overlooking the beautiful Vrithof square and surrounding restaurants. The room was clean and airy and large bed very comfortable. We enjoyed drinks on the patio but we didn't eat at the hotel so unable to comment on food service

Friendly staff. Great central location. Spacious room. Nice shower. Maastricht is beautiful, especially at sunset and night, and this hotel is centrally located to enjoy it.
