Apartment Overview
Opened in 2012, the Allmend offers modern apartments, 2 km from the main train station of Luzern. The self-catering apartments are fitted with free WiFi, and some have a balcony.
A washing room is available for common use.
The apartments are located on the first or second floor and comprise a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a seating area with a sofa bed. The facilities include a flat-screen TV with cable channels. All apartments are accessible by an elevator.
The Zihlmattweg Bus Stop is only footsteps away. The bus line 20 takes you to Luzern Old Town within 15 minutes.

The location is convenient since I have a car. Also, there is a supermarket a few yards away from the entrance of the building and the apartment view was good. The kitchen is a bit small but well equipped with all the appliances.

It was a pleasant stay at this property, with all the necessary items taken care of. Ther was a grocery store, bus stop and a train station nearby, which also made travel extremely convenient. The room was well kept, with all the basic supplies

It offered the best price-to-quality ratio among hotels in Lucerne, and it turned out to be very suitable for us. Although it's not in the center of Lucerne, it's just a 10-minute bus ride from the station. For traveling to Pilatus, there's a train station just 5 minutes away. The room was clean, and the panoramic windows provided a view of the mountains. The room is situated in modern apartments building, some aspects (automatic doors, elevator call by key) were unusual.
