The fine print
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The Front Desk office is open from 8:00am to 9:00pm daily. For arrivals after 9:00pm, please see the maitre d' of Gerard's Restaurant for your late arrival packet. If closed, please use the emergency phone located on the porch of the Restaurant and an operator will assist you and help you locate your keys to your room. Please let us know if you think you will be arriving after 9:00pm.
