the room is fantastic with the private pool. super quiet during night. hotel staff are all quite nice and helpful! we love Saffron and Cove as we had dinners and Treetop for breakfast. all with best view. Also love the shampoo so we bought the whole set in the hotel shop. will visit again and try Spa next time

The environment is peaceful and quiet, the service is excellent. I enjoyed my yoga session. Everything is conveniently located. I appreciated the Xmas Eve celebration with the staff choir, and complimentary drinks and snacks

Beautiful hotel- a little outdated in some areas, but not every hotel can be shiny and new! The hotel staff were amazing- nothing was too much and they always had a smile on their face. The restaurants were all very good and we enjoyed eating every night

We had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was amazing. We had lunch and diner at treetops restaurant, it was really great. The staff is very friendly and always willing to assist.

The property is well maintained. Clean and neat. Amazing scenery from the room. The service staff were excellent! Fantastic services through out our stay. Very attentive, friendly and helpful. Beach activities were great too except equipments are limited if for big group of family.

The villas themselves are spectacular. We stayed in a large 2 bedroom villa with a private pool and it was stunning. The staff are incredibly attentive and friendly and cater to your every need. The beach is also fantastic.

Our family recently had the most memorable stay at Banyan Tree Bintan, and we cannot thank the team enough for making it such a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality exceeded all expectations. The view from our villa was breathtaking, offering a serene and picturesque backdrop that made every moment special.Having access to the other hotels and facilities on the beach was great, as we had young children to entertain as well. Banyan Tree Bintan has given us memories to cherish for a lifetime, and we look forward to returning in the future. Thank you for everything!
