Their outside area to chill & relax was good. But they need to have more cleanliness maintained. The room looked old, though it was clean but had a damp smell. Breakfast we ordered was good. Its a rustic place with quite surrounding. About 1kn from Kihim beach. They should upgrade to new tables & furniture in rooms to look little elite. First room I got looked very Shaddy but good thing is they changed and gave me a better room. Staff & owner was good.They have swings & hammock to relax outside. We had fun there.

The staff was very good , the entire cottage opration is running only n only because of good staff . The cook cum staff mansger is good and supportive.the food was testy.

The caretaker & chef Jagan is a very humble & hospitable person & made our stay a pleasant experience. I would recommend his pasta dish, lemon coriander soup, tomato soup, manchow soup & veg crispy starter...which we ordered ..was very good.In breakfast , we would recommend ghaavan chatni.

Food was excellent by their Cook Subodh. Anything we asked was provided without any questions. Service was excellent and quick. Food serving etiquettes, humble polite staff, rooms were very clean, hot water, Air conditioner everything was in excellent working conditions, we wanted bonfire, they quickly arranged. Everything was excellent, me and friends loved it. The cottage was very well kept, neat and clean. Also the beach is very close to the cottage, Just 8-10 minutes walk, but you will not know the time if you are looking at the old houses, bunglows, so many little temples and chatting away till the beach..it's a very nice small walk to the beach..no crowd, no traffic, absolutely no noise..it's very pleasant small lanes from the cottage to the beach.. We definitely look forward to coming again with friends and family..
