As a couple who didn't know what to expect at all.. heres a breakdown of our experience for others who are also unsure. You arrive to a cafe (they give details close to booking date) where you are escorted onto a tail boat. The boat trip was about half an hour where you can take in all the incredible views. After this, you are welcomed to see your room. Please note, you are only allowed to use electricity in your room from the hours 17:00 - 08:00. And yes, this included AC! That said, it doesn't matter too much, you have a couple hours to have lunch (which they provide) and take a free kayak around to see some views and animals in their natural wild habitat. At approx. 17:00hrs you take your first 1 hour tail boat ride to see the sunset. Dinner is served on return. Please note, you do not choose what you eat, it might be worth notifying them before if you have allergies or take your own food/snacks. We chose to play cards and have a cold drink on our balcony before heading to bed. Please note, the huts are NOT sturdy so if you get sea sick, this might not be the best option for you. There is a second 1 hour boat trip which sets off at around 6am. Here, you get to watch sun rise which is just absolutely incredibly! As we only stayed for one night, we were shipped off back to the cafe on a 9am boat. Overall, this place is like NO other! It felt like a once in a lifetime experience and was one of our most adored after travelling all of Thailand. Do not doubt booking this, it is no 5 star hotel but it certainly is 5 star memory! This location is breathtakingly beautiful. We had an amazing day swimming and kayaking on the lake with free rein and also the free boat trip was great and we saw some monkeys up close. Our guide Benny was really friendly and made sure we got photos on the boat. The food was also amazing !

An amazing place to stay, the view from the bungalows is beautiful, I spent hours relaxing and taking it all in. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff very helpful. I enjoyed the food as well, big portions. They provided a sunset and sunrise boat tour which was lovely.

Paradise on Earth. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations and more. It honestly is like the Maldives of Thailand with the floating houses- stunning views! Staff were amazing, we had Benni and she was like our family member, personal photographer and tour guide all in one! I booked this for my boyfriend’s birthday and everything was included for the price- activities, meals (3 choices PER meal). We even got to see wild elephants on the boat tour which just made the trip even more special Would come back here in a heart beat!

Paradise on earth! We booked a small room with a view on the mountains. However, the staff changed our room to a private bungalow with a view on the lake without any additional costs! We can only recommend this magical place!

The trip to the accommodation is an experience on its own. Taking the boat through the lime stones was breathtaking. The food was exceptional, with a big variety of local flavours and huge portions. There are multiple options of excursions they have on offer to experience this amazing national park.
