Lovely location with ambience and romance of olden days. Professional and helpful staff. The place has always been meticulously maintained. The use of similar facilities with Lilianfels is brilliant. Two good fine dining restaurants on-site is very convenient.

It was the best view I have ever had for a room. I loved the welcome touch of plate of chocolate and fruit, including the welcome note left in our room. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Gardens were beautiful

The views from our room and from the dining/breakfast area are exceptional. You couldn't find a better view anywhere, it is really amazing to wake up and see the mountains out the window. The balcony outside and the pretty garden made it a tranquil, quiet place to be. The breakfast area is equally as stunning with a panoramic view across the whole area. The staff were polite and friendly and having access to the facilities at Lilianfeld next door was an unexpected bonus.

The view was magnificent, the location of the room with the outside terrace overlooking the garden area was absolutely delightful and the connection to the sister hotel next door, Lillianfels, was handy for accessing additional amenities and meals. The room although compact was adequate and comfortable for a couple. The dining and breakfast areas were lovely.
