Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of MYR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. In the interests of safety, please be informed that all guests will be presented with a wristband at reception upon arrival which is to be worn throughout their stay.
Booking is based on number of occupancy booked for that room reservation, any additional guest will be offered option of room upgrade, extra room, or extra day bed charge where applicable.
Cooking and outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited in the villa. Pamper your taste buds at our restaurants instead.
Children added in the booking confirmation are permitted to stay for free; however meals arrangement will be charged separately.
As much as we love all creatures great and small, please do not bring animals or pets of any kind into the resort compound and individual villa unit.
Please refrain from fishing at the Trunk and Inside Villa. If seafood is what you’re after, we’d be happy to recommend some of our favourites.
The swimming pool is open for use on a first come, first served basis.
