1)Hotel rooms are clean 2) The reception lady is trying to communicate in English which is good 👍, but needs to improve. 3) when asked for a rental motorcycle she arranged within minutes. 4)hotel area has shops and cafe's and massage parlours

I was there only one night. The first thing i would like to highlight is the friendly receptionist, despit my late arrival Them (yep that was the name) greeted me friendly and with panache. The room itself was clean and decently spacious for the price. Overall the Interior looks still rather fresh, albeit there is some minor wear and tear visible in some places. Showering was great and worked well. The internet was great, one of the best in vietnam so far, watching videos at 1080p 60Hz was not problem for me. The AC is not particularly loud either and in general the surrounding of the hotel is decently quiet at night In terms of location its hard for me to say much, since i was only there one day, i dont think its a hotel first time visitors from hanoi want to stay in. its far away from the airport, or from the tourist center. The prices in the surroundings for food and such are cheap thought and i can see a more seasoned traveler having fun exploring the streets there. There is a winmart near.
