The restaurant at The Daffodil serves a traditional British menu with a modern twist. The dining room enjoys a lake view, as does the Sitting Room where afternoon tea is served. In addition the property has a beautiful terrace for enjoying the finer weather.

The hotel is situated on the A591 as you enter Grasmere which allows easy access to the popular Lake District towns of Keswick 13 miles to the north and Ambleside 4 miles to the south.

Please note that all bookings over 5 rooms or more will be charged in full on the day of booking and the payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please note that children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the spa area of the hotel.
Spa treatments should be booked in advance to avoid any disappointment.
Pets are allowed in very limited number of rooms and are charged GBP 15 per pet per night.
The hotel will do their very best to fulfil all special requests however they are unable to guarantee them.
Half-board rates include an allowance of up to GBP 35 per adult, per night, which can spent on dishes chosen from the Dining Room menu.
Children between age 4-15 half board rates include an allowance of up to £20 per child, per night.
Children 16 year old and above pay an adult price. Drinks (including hot drinks) will be charged separately.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
