The day manager Fernando was extremely helpful and friendly. First class service with a genuine smile. The night manager was also exceptional. I stayed a week and found my room immaculately clean and tidy when I returned in the evenings, so hats off to the cleaning staff. The breakfast was of good quality and there was a nice variety.
