Situated a 5-minute walk from the the Giza Pyramids and the Sphinx, Guardian Guest House offers views of the 3 Pyramids from its spacious rooftop terrace. It boasts free Wi-Fi in all areas and is a 30-minute drive from Saqqara.
Guardian Guest House includes a restaurant and a 24-hour room service. Guests are offered a complimentary authentic Egyptian breakfast. Complimentary tea, coffee and mineral water are also offered 24 hours a day.
Featuring a simplistic décor, all accommodation at Guardian are fitted with carpeted floors and wooden furniture. Each room is air-conditioned and includes a seating area, a kitchenette and a private bathroom.
Local excursions and horse riding activities can be arranged by the tour desk. The hotel also offers a spacious sun terrace that overlooks the Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx.
The Egyptian Museum is 15 minutes away by car and Cairo International Airport is 35 km away. A shuttle to the airport can be arranged upon request.

The best thing about this hotel is the location and its terrace. It’s very close to the entrance of Pyramids and the other restaurants and attractions in the area.

The location and view are just perfect, but the room was the most comfortable I stayed in on this trip and the breakfast was especially nicely laid out. I loved how the staff actively asked if I wanted a tray to have breakfast on the balcony and that they struck a good balance between friendliness and leaving their guests to enjoy their stay.Not only is the hotel close to the ticket office, but also several rooftop cafés and shops that are open late. Really enjoyed my stay.

We absolutely loved waking up with a view to the Sphinx and Pyramids. The guest house owner was so welcoming and accommodating. Roof top was great to watch the lights show in the evening. We definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Giza and hope to return again one day.

Perfect views! Almost every window is a beautiful view on the Sphinx and Pyramids. Even when you do not have the best room, you can still see the Sphinx and Great Pyramid from my room window. For me this view is the number one reason to visit and return. The rooftop is open 24/7 and yes I enjoyed the view from this location too. The staff was always helping me with planning my day trips, if you stay longer the airport transfer is for free. The street is full of shops and restaurants, but you can get water and tea unlimited for free in this place. Rooms are clean and have good showers. Breakfast is included and you can enjoy the Sphinx and the pyramid too or just have a chat. The Pyramids ticket office is just at the other side of the road, so easiest location to avoid the queue. Furthermore it is also a great place to avoid heavy traffic and start a day trip to Dasjour, Memphis and Saqqara for example. And don't forget the brand new Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM).
