This self-contained home features an open-plan dining area and kitchen with stove, oven and dishwasher. You will enjoy relaxing in the spacious seating area which features large ceiling windows. It also offers a private laundry and lock-up garage.
A PERFECT STAY - A Top Spot is a 5-minute drive from Cape Byron Lighthouse and Buddha Gardens Day Spa. Both Ballina Byron Gateway Airport and Crystal Castle are a 30-minute drive away.

A damage deposit of AUD 1000 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that this property has a strict -No Party Policy-. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual -Schoolies Week- period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
