Please inform Hideaway Retreat in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Check-in is any time after 14:00. If you arrive earlier, then luggage storage is available if the room is not ready. Check-out is at 10:00. If you require a late check-out, please contact the property before 10:00 on the day of departure to find out whether this is possible.
Guests are required to show a valid credit/debit card upon check-in.
Please note that Hideaway Retreat does not accept payments with American Express credit cards.
Please note that car hire is recommended due to the topography on Norfolk Island and the lack of public transport and taxi services. Hideaway Retreat can arrange this on request. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
Please note that all units are non-smoking. You are welcome to smoke on verandahs and all other outdoor areas. Ashtrays are provided for your convenience.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in.
Please note that children under the age of 2 stay free of charge in the same room as parents or legal guardians. Children aged 2-11 will be considered as an additional guest.
