Despite heavy rain during the duration of two days stay, which prevented access to facilities, my stay at Parkcity Everly Hotel Bintulu was still enjoyable due to the pleasant and comfortable room. Overall, a mixed experience as cannot enjoy the facilities. Should give me a discount voucher.

Breakfast seems to be improved from my previous month stay. I like the fact that towels are provided FOC upon request (because I travelled with children and needed the extra towels) My children managed to experience the sauna room happily. My spouse enjoyed the gym.

The property provides alot of space for parking, a very good breakfast, polite & friendly staffs. When we requested for something, it will be provided immediately. Plus it is just few steps from the mall which is very much convenient. Well done!
