The fine print
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please inform My Space Barcelona Guell Terrace Center in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that check-in takes place from 15:00 to 20:00 at the office located on Prats de Molló Street, 14, Barcelona 08021.
Check in after 20:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 40, while arrivals after 23:00 carry a surcharge of EUR 50. Late check-in are done directly at the apartment.

Please note that the standard cleaning fee of EUR 60 is for a final cleaning service after departure.
A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentials. This deposit is fully refundable and is returned 5 days after departure subject to a damages inspection.
