The premier king room is spacious and loved the decor. Toilet is clean and spacious too. Breakfast buffet was a good spread, many options. Staff were all friendly and nice. They have free horse carriage rides on the weekends. Short ride but it was a nice experience. Really enjoyed my stay here!

The room was perfect, clean and they even prepared a small present for my wife's birthday. Breakfast was amazing, right there with the best ones I ever had at hotels. The staff were all super helpful and efficient.

During our recent trip to Bandung, my family and I had the pleasure of staying at The Papandayan for two nights, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality that made us feel right at home.The staff were incredibly courteous and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Every interaction was marked by genuine warmth and professionalism, making us feel like valued guests throughout our stay.The food was absolutely fantastic! The dining options were diverse, and each meal was a culinary delight. Whether it was the local delicacies or international dishes, the flavors were rich, and the presentation was impeccable. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was a highlight, offering a wide range of options that catered to every palate.As for the amenities, they were nothing short of luxurious. The rooms were spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with all the modern comforts one could ask for. The pool area was pristine and inviting, offering a perfect spot for relaxation amidst the tranquil surroundings.The Papandayan exceeded all our expectations, and we left with wonderful memories of our stay. I came to Indonesia on a one month vacation and stayed in 6 hotels, by far The Papandayan tops it all. I highly recommend The Papandayan, i enjoyed talking my morning coffee at the botanic garden, the staff was Super Friendly and nice, the whole atmosphere was Great. To me the Papandayan exceeded my expectations.
