The location is excellent, right near the main cathedral and the staff were very welcoming, helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious and colourful and it was great to have the balcony overlooking the street -- we saw buskers, a parade and a football rally! Lots of fun! The breakfast is basic, but good.

Good location and nice staff (except detail, see above). The room was spacious and the lady nicely upgraded my reservation.The place is suitable for families and couples, breakfast is included.

The location is amazing, close to all hood restaurant and the main plaza. Breakfast is basic but good. Personnel is very friendly and willing to help.
