Frankston has excellent public transport links and is also home to Sand Sculpting Australia. This year's theme is Great Moments in History. Commencing on Boxing Day 2009, the event will run through until 26, April 2010. Tickets can be purchased from the Frankston Visitor Information Centre, or at the event gate.
