Learn to surf with Broulee Surf School's professional surf lessons that are safe friendly and fun on the New South Wales South Coast.

Broulee Surf School provides surf programs and board hire for all ages and abilities. Established for over 12 years and licensed and insured with Surfing Australia you are guaranteed specialised attention on the safest and easiest learn to surf beach on the coast at beautiful Broulee.

Private and group lessons are available as well as the popular one day package. Three or five day safe surfing certificate programs are also the best way to learn whether you are a beginner intermediate or advanced surfer.

The "Tracey Lee" is a 7.5 metre purpose built catamaran surveyed for 14 passengers and two crew; it has full cover, coffee, tea and barbecue facilities and an onboard toilet.

Fishing Charters run for approximately four hours, morning and afternoon. All bait and tackle is supplied with tuition for beginners being their specialty.

Scenic Cruises run for approximately two hours with full commentary on the bird life and the local history of the lake.

The vessel 'Cat Balou' is a stable 15 metre catamaran capable of travelling at 12 knots. It has two decks with uninterrupted viewing. There are two toilets on board and the vessel has limited wheelchair access.

On all cruises a live informative commentary is given and refreshments includes. Cat Balou is equipped with dolphin/whale cam for underwater viewing and hydrophone to enable passengers to hear whales singing.

Learn to surf at beautiful Culburra Beach near Nowra. It has some of Australia’s best beginner waves making it easy to be up and riding in no time. Advanced surfers can be sure to get some excellent waves as well.
Culburra is a small country town with white beaches and nature all around. Here you can surf with dolphins, watch the wildlife on the beach and chill out surf style. There is also great fishing - off the beach and in the large nearby lakes.
Culburra Beach Surf School is an ASI accredited surf school and abide by the high international standards for surf school operations.

Dolphin Watch Cruises - Jervis Bay conducts the largest dolphin and whale watching cruises on Jervis Bay Marine Park.

There’s a resident group of about 75 bottlenose dolphins that spend much of their time in Jervis Bay. The average sighting rate is greater than 97 per cent. They have a policy should you not see dolphins on a dolphin watch cruise, they'll shout you another cruise, just so long as you take the cruise within three months.

Whale season is Mid May to late November- see Humpbacks, Southern Right, Minke, Falso Killers, Pilot whales as well as Seals, Penguins and Albatross.

Their vessel, The Spirit of Jervis Bay, is a 17 metre triple-deck catamaran, with five viewing platforms which has been specifically designed for dolphin and whale watching on Jervis Bay.

They have a fully licensed bar on board and they serve complimentary morning or afternoon tea on every cruise.

Dolphin Wild Cruises operates out of Huskisson with a state of the art, purpose built vessel. It has been designed with unique underwater viewing windows, which allows passengers to view dolphins, whales and other sea life beneath the surface in their own natural environment. The main passenger cabin is enclosed. There are four viewing levels and the large outside decks offer great viewing and photo opportunities

Cruises run two to three times a day to see dolphins and whales (in season), subject to weather and tide conditions.

Come and experience a day with Noel Butler at Jamanee Gunya on a Cultural Experience Course, and learn about the culture of the Budawang people – the local Aboriginal people of the Milton area on the South Coast of New South Wales.

Noel Butler is a traditional custodian and Jamanee Gunya’s educator. Noel relays the stories and customs of his people – the Budawang people, in vivid detail.

Your day begins at Jamanee Gunya at 8am with Noel introducing a brief outline of Budawang culture and history. You will then be transferred into the beautiful Meroo National Park to enjoy canoeing around Meroo Lake. While on the lake, Noel will point out flora used for bush tucker and medicinal purposes. Following this, enjoy a barbecue lunch of traditional game, for example, kangaroo, with salad, tea/coffee and cake. You will also get to try local bush tucker, and hear the local story of creation – the Dreamtime – of Pigeon House Mountain, known locally as Dithul.

Upon return to Jamanee Gunya, you will learn the history of and use of a Boomerang, and have the opportunity to paint your own.

Jamanee Gunya is a non-profit organisation situated created to run courses in Australian Aboriginal culture: our ultimate goal is to foster cultural understanding in the community.

Noel has over 25 years experience in teaching Aboriginal culture Australia wide. Funds raised through cultural experience courses are channelled into Jamanee Gunya’s work educating and empowering Indigenous youths. We hope to motivate a future generation of positive role models for Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal people alike.

Your day ends at 5pm. It is recommended to have breakfast before you leave your accommodation for Jamanee Gunya. A medium level of fitness is required for canoeing.

The school provides surfing lessons and surf awareness, private or group lessons - visiting pristine beaches in the Jervis Bay and Sussex Inlet area.

Jervis Bay Stand Up Paddle operates on the crystal clear waters of the Jervis Bay Marine Park, offering Stand Up Paddle lessons and tours.

The small, tailored tours provide clients with a fun and intimate way to experience the diverse marine environment of the bay and its tributaries.

Stand up paddling is like taking a 'bushwalk on the water'.

"Jervis Bay Whales " is the New South Wales South Coast’s largest Whale and Dolphin Watching Company.

Humpback Whales are seen from late May to late November. Ask about Jervis Bay Whales’ sighting guarantee! Ask about seeing the mother Humpbacks and their newborn calves in Jervis Bay sheltered waters! During their season it’s also possible to see, Falso Killer, Minke, Pilot, Southern Right whales, Fur Seals, Little Penguin, hundreds of Common Dolphins, their resident Bottlenosed Dolphins and a variety of Albatross and other migratory sea birds.

Don’t forget their season is longer then others- see more whales! It is from May to the end of November, with Open ocean whale watching mid -May, June, July August, September and early October and then a special time--- sheltered water whale watching-mid October to late November- See Humpbacks and their babies in our shallow, sheltered waters inside Jervis Bay.

Montreal Goldfield in Bermagui is a great experience to suit all ages including 'global experience seekers', it combines cultural heritage with historical, geological and environmental values. Travel back in time as your guide tells the Montreal story while you walk through the forest that covers the diggings today. Solve the Bermagui Mystery. The goldfield is an intact alluvial goldfield from the 1880s and the only one on the Australian coast.

Two hectares of the goldfield have been wonderfully preserved and made safe for public access. Approximately 300 meters of boardwalks and compacted pathways (60 per cent wheelchair access) meander through stands of beautiful tree ferns and established bloodwood forest which has re-grown since the moonscape days of the gold rush period. Fauna includes sugar gliders, bats, possums, lizards and a diverse bird life.

Moruya Offshore Charters run the original (and best) Charter fishing operation from Moruya on the South Coast of New South Wales. They are owner operated and take that extra care to ensure that you have a good time and book with them again.

The vessel, "Precious Time" is aluminium, 8.4 metre and powered by a turbocharged and supercharged 230hp Volvo Penta and in full survey.

If you hate crowds then they are the charter boat for you. While the vessel is in survey for ten persons they limit any fishing trip put together by them to a maximum of six persons to both minimise tangles and maximise fishing time. They will however gladly take a group booking for friends/family for up to nine.

They offer exclusive and fully catered reef, sport and game fishing charters through the Batemans Marine Park all year round. On these trips they provide all bait, tackle and refreshments and help to clean and pack your catch.

While general scenic tours can be arranged any time of the year, Whale watching in September to November is a highlight.
