The only hotel in Zurich located on the River Limmat the Hotel zum Storchen embraces this honour with great dignity. Its lively terrace restaurant is a fabulous place to sit and watch the boats drift by while enjoying great food and wine. But then the ’s torchen39 has been renowned for its hospitality and service for over 650 years. The hotel stands on a truly historic spot that has always boasted a traditional guest house. Consequently the hotel’s decor features a wonderful blend of the traditional and the modern that will ensure its popularity for years to come. We have to inform you that from January 3 until the end of March 2008 we will redo our single rooms on the 4th floor. Therefore it might be noisy during the day 0900.

Restaurants - The hotel offers a superb array of dining opportunities on the first floor the excellent Rotisserie restaurant with its genuine Guildhouse atmosphere the lovely terrace restaurant and the elegant Storchen-Bar with piano entertainment every night The Italian bar Barchetta with its Colonnade Cafe on the ground floor is a popular meeting point Our restaurant La Rotisserie will be closed from Monday July 12 until Sunday August 22 2004 due to renovation Clients can have breakfast lunch or dinner either on the terrace or in one of our banqueting rooms The first two weeks will be very noisy from 9 am to 12 noon and from 2pm to 5pm
