Lavender Farm is a spacious three-bedroom farmhouse set on thirteen scenic acres overlooking the Yarra Valley just one hour from Melbourne. The timber farmhouse has wide verandahs on three sides from which you can enjoy the beautiful scenery, native birds and the sunset. Guests have sole use of the house which has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with spa bath) a fully equipped modern kitchen, a large lounge room with wood-fire, laundry and a separate dining room. Whilst the property is not a commercial lavender farm it derives its name from a mature lavender hedge that lines the main driveway and the many other species of lavender used for landscaping in the surrounding gardens. Lavender Farm offers all the comforts of home enhanced by numerous extra touches, such as the fresh flowers, and chocolates awaiting you on arrival. Well-socialised dogs are welcome.
