It is approximately seven miles from the Telluride Airport and 65 miles from Montrose Airport.Picnic tables and BBQ grills are located in the open spaces surrounding the three wings of condos and two common indoor hot tubs around the corner from the on-site office. Other property amenities include on-site laundry (though many condos have their own washer/dryer) grocery/deli a private parking lot and a stop for the complimentary town shuttle.
