Explore the splendid oceans of Perth when you stay at the Quality Resort Sorrento Beach. Its location is one that you must never miss, being adjacent to Hillary’s Boat Harbour and the Aquarium of Western Australia, the city’s largest aquarium and underwater tunnel. Quality Resort Sorrento Beach is the ideal place to relax, enjoy family time, or hold special beachside events, being just a few steps away from the white sands of Sunset Coast. The Perth central business district is easily accessible by a 20-minute bus ride.

While you're there

The air-conditioned accommodations range from expansive spa apartments with a spa bath and a cozy balcony and two to three bedroom apartments suitable for families or large groups. There are also more affordable studio type rooms for those traveling alone or with a friend. All rooms have fantastic views of the beach and equipped with coffee makers, televisions with Foxtel channels, bathrooms, and secure wireless internet connection.

While the beach is just 76 steps from the hotel, you can also lay in the sun beside a cozy solar heated poo or relax in the hotel’s spa and sauna. The barbeque area makes for an ideal location to have a party and a few drinks while the newly refurbished boardroom and conference rooms are available for business meetings and other conventions.

What to look out for

Guests were very pleased with the food at the Il Gambero and especially at the White Salt where hotel guests can charge their restaurant bill back to their room. As for the rooms, visitors were not always satisfied with the cleanliness and some complained of some stains in the bathroom. They also found them quite old and dated. There were also reports of noise that can easily be heard from the pool area especially when kids are swimming. The management has expressed their apologies and has made efforts in putting more time with making the rooms tidy and comfortable. As with the noise, most guests understand that the circumstances are inevitable. Despite being a little aged, with the location, the food, and the friendly staff, they couldn’t ask for a better stay.

Guest tips

The hotel is highly recommended for families. Most ocean views are on the first floor. There is a convenient undercover parking.
